"Upcoming" is displayed when an activity registration has not opened yet.

"Full" or “Waitlist” appears once a class is full. You can register for the waitlist at no charge and will be notified via email if a spot becomes available.
11. How do I filter and search for classes? You can filter classes by Type, Category, Day of the Week, Age, and Availability. For example, to find available Level Swim classes, select Type: Aquatics, Age: any selection between 5-18, and Show Sections with Available Spots: Yes, then click Search.

15. Do I need an active membership for the entire duration of an activity? Yes, your membership must be active until the last day of the activity for which you are registering.
Waitlist & Cancellations
16. How does the waitlist process work?
Registering for a waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the program.
Spots become available if a participant cancels or if the Centre increases enrollment.

You will have 72 hours to accept or decline the offered spot.
If no action is taken within 72 hours, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
17. How do I accept or decline a waitlist offer?
Log in to your Hayden Account.
Go to “My Pending Enrollments” under “My Account”.
Click Accept to enroll and pay or Reject to decline.
18. Can I get a refund if I cancel my class or membership?
Refund policies vary by program and membership type.
