Hayden College Scholarship Program

Scholarship Applications for the 2024-2025 school year are due by April 3, 2024. All applications and additional information must be received by the due date to be considered for a scholarship. Late applications will not be considered.

The J.W. Hayden Recreation Centre offers scholarships to students who reside or attend school in Lexington enrolling in a full-time post-secondary program.

An application is considered complete if the below required materials are received:

New Applicants

(did not receive a scholarship last year)

  • Hayden Application (3 pages)

  • High School or College Transcript

  • 2 WRITTEN Recommendations

  • Parents’ 2023 IRS Form 1040 (2022 will be accepted)

Repeat Applicants

(received a scholarship last year)

  • Hayden Application (3 pages)

  • Fall semester grades (does not have to be official transcript)

  • A note to the scholarship committee letting us know how your year is going

  • Parents’ 2023 IRS Form 1040 (2022 will be accepted)
