REFUND POLICY
Transfers and cancellations may be requested up to one week before the first day of the activity. A $10 administrative fee will be retained for activity refunds. After this time and prior to the second class meeting, Hayden will credit your Hayden household account for 50% of the class fee, valid for one year. After the second class has met, no refunds and/or credits will be issued.
For Hayden One Day activities and one day childcare programs, transfers and cancellations may be requested up to one week before the program. A $10 administrative fee will be retained. After this time and up to the day before the activity or program, Hayden will credit your Hayden account for 50% of the activity/program fee, valid for one year. No refunds or credits will be issued after that time.
Summer camp and school vacation week childcare program transfers and cancellations may be requested up to one week before the first day of the camp session or childcare week. A $40 administrative fee will be retained for all refunds or credits. No refunds or credits will be issued after this time.

If, for any reason, Hayden has to cancel a scheduled activity more than one time within a given session, a credit equal to the amount of a single class will be issued to the household account for that activity for the second and any additional class cancellations. Credits will be issued by the end of that session.
